Cancellation/Return Policy

1. Right to Cancel/Return

You have the right to cancel bookings and/or return goods ordered within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation/Return Period

The cancellation/return period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to cancel/return, you must inform us at [email protected] of your decision to cancel/return by email. 

4. The Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest fourteen days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Scented Sips Studio, 6362 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven FL 33884, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

10. Other items

Candles purchased online that have been used are not eligible for return or refund. If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of equal value.

All packaged, non-candle, items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase providing they have not been opened/used.

Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in original condition.

All other items may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing they are in their original condition at sale. 

Personally-made candles that were made during an event, class, or visit to our brick-and-mortar building may not be returned for a refund.
